Booking Inquiry

If you wish to book my services please start by filling the form below.  You need not include everything at first but it will expedite the process if you include:

full name

photo of you holding ID

desired date, time, duration

Other details of services (ie event, appropriate attire, purpose, etc)

If I don’t receive full information I reserve the right to cancel or to come accompanied (at a distance of course) at a surcharge or $60/hr.

Once deposit is received, you may choose my makeup style, outfits, accessories, and so on. And, of course, you’re free to provide me with your own outfits and accessories.

If you don’t find what you’re looking for in my offenrings let me know what you’re looking for and I’m sure we can figure it out.
